I get that, but right now it's hard. I feel like this can't be real. How can he really be dead? Silver promised me that he would be here to watch our pups grow. We were going to be a family. I looked to the ground trying not to get worked up again.

I walk through the territory, scanning through futures. I had shown Chad only part of my future because I didn't want him to worry. I passed Demetri and looked to him sadly.

I curl up in the back of the den after Raven leaves. It was great to talk to my sister again. I hadn't really spoken with her much in a while. I closed my eyes and gently began to drift off to sleep.

Raven trotted to Korbinian and laid beside him. Though he never really cared of being close to other wolves while sleeping, his siblings, to him, were exceptions.

I awoke in my den to see the sun coming out. I got to my paws and went out for a quick hunt. After my hunt, there was a rabbit hanging from my mouth. I went to Snowy's den only to see that it was empty. A cold shiver went down my spine. Where could she be?
