Rose sees tears streaming down Leopard's face as Bear stops her close to the canadian border. Leopard is fighting frantically to get by but Bear was much larger than her. "Bear! Let me go! I will be ok." Bear shakes his head. "This has gone on for far too long. I just want you safe." Leopard was heartbroken, as she seemed to be everyday. All she could feel was pain and numbness.

Rose keeps thinking the same thing: I thought I was done living in the deepest part of DarkPack. The ice was traded for soft warm grass. Emptiness replace by... Love. Being a loner to living for the alphas' son. Now what is left? Nothing! Everything has been ripped away. Rose runs off following a path of stars.
