Peyton: was trying to reassure him, but she really didn't know. What if something happened to their father? They wouldn't have either of their parents. Emma may or may not be dead, but if she isn't and the note was true, Emma was as good as dead to her. I am not sure...

Jacob: nods and removes is hand from a covering a gash in his side....I can't keep my hand there anymore...too weak
James: daddy w-what happened? Will you be.okay
Jacob: its nothing okay kiddo everything will be okay, he smiles weakly and looks at his side, and quickly looks away, it looks bad
