Those are two things a fox is known for.

Atine jumps onto a chair and lays down.She looks toward the door.It wasn't open before.She tilts her head and is suddenly knocked out of the chair.When she gets up and turns,she sees a pup. What the?

The pup smiles a sort of creepy looking smile.

Atine Why do you remind me of someone?

The pup frowns. You don't remember me?

Atine stares at him a bit longer and smiles. Douglas!

Douglas smiles. Heya! ^.^

Atine You've gotten so big! And you still have that accent I love so much. ^.^ What about that weird laugh?

Douglas I'm a hyena,I'll always have a weird laugh. ^.^

Atine So where's your mom?

Alley Boo.

Atine looks at her. Alley! I missed you two so much. ^.^

Douglas I can smell them. He trots to where Tommy and Ree are and turns human. You two must be Tommy and Ree?

That is what they are known for in stories, but raccoons are actually one of the smartest animals . On one list I found they were around number 12
