I am still just considering ideas.
An interesting one:
Possibly a new guy (you can play if you want, it's a temp charrie) comes around and starts hitting on Lena. Chad won't be too happy about it but Lena keeps telling him it's nothing. Lena soon pops up pregnant. Chad is mad and thinks it's the new guy's kid but it is soon confirmed that it's Chad's kid. BUT Lena has a miscarriage.

That is just one of my many ideas
